Late 80s -Karen Miller- Womens ice blue rayon shantung blend three piece suit with the skirt having side elastic providing ease and a center back zipper with a clear button fastening the band. An ease vent extends 7 1/2inches up from the back hem with an inside white silky polyester fabric lining. The halter style top has a square neckline back elastic fit and zipper close using the satin backing of the fabric for inner wearing comfort as does the matching blazer. Both garments have tiny pearl beads rhinestones and silver metal ball embellishments on the upper center front of the top and the front hem area of the short sleeve jacket. The bodice has princess seam shaping the shoulders have underside padded definition with the sleeves caps having a trio of pleats for additional bulk. The faced front flows in a V shaping to the one silver tone metal button which fastens into a loop and has a centered pearl bead. This garment measures 26inches from shoulder to hem and the top is 23inches with the skirt being 27inches overall.
