Chiffon attaches into each shoul der seam and flows in folds over the bodice with the center hem nearing the waist seam line having vertical darts shaping the bodice. Side thread carriers hold a wine red satin ribbon which may be knotted or bow tied with matching ribbon detailing the elastic shaped chiffon sleeves and also dual rows placed near the hem.
