20s style (made in the 80s) -JC Penney- Womens true red slinky polyester short sleeve below knee length flapper style dress. Boat neckline, blouson bodice, stretchy fitted waistlin e. Classic style with fringe dangling below the neckline in front to the waist and from below the hip to below the hemline in front and back. Ruched on the sides of the waist and hips with button accents on the left hip. Padded shoulders and a straight skirt. Pull over styling. There are a few loose fringe strings. Made in USA.
