In this, the sequel to THE YEAR MY VOICE BROKE, it is 1965 rural Australia, and Danny Embling is now in the 5th form at St. Alban’s College, a boys boarding school. Always an outsi der, Danny bears the brunt of the boys cruel taunts - a stutter only aggravates his already lowly status.
