Freixenet is a Catalan producer with roots going back to 1861, best known for Cava — this is their move into northern Italian still wine. The Garda DOC sits between Lombardy and Ve neto at the foot of the Alps, where stony, calcareous soils and a lake-moderated Mediterranean microclimate define the growing season. At 11.5% ABV, the wine is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, keeping it light and precise.
