What it prints on 100% cotton — its sweet spot: full opacity, soft hand, bright color Cotton-rich blends — print well; test for dye migration on higher-poly fabrics Printing & curing Mesh: 24–60 through a thick (capillary) stencil for maximum height Squeegee: 65, 75 or 80 durometer — or a 70/90/70 triple durometer Flash: 240–260°F between colors Cure: curing is a time-and-temperature process — bring the full ink film to 330–350°F (166–177°C); confirm with a temp gun or donut probe, not dryer air temp Recommended companion products Nylon Bond 289 Additive — mix into this ink to bond prints to nylon and other slick synthetics (catalyst; stir in a small amount, limited pot life, always test first).
