Using clarifying shampoos to remove product build up, purple shampoo to tone at home and toning the extensions with color at every maintenance appointment will help with build up. We do not refund or replace hair because of color fading, as it is in the nature of human hair. Once hair has been purchased and the package has been opened, our return policy will be voided.
