This blend is where it all began. Back in 2015, the overwhelming demand from locals for our home-roasted coffee sparked the creation of Eyre Roasted. What started as a small passion project quickly grew beyond our kitchen, leading us to establish a dedicated roastery to keep up with the love for our beans. Crafted from a superb selection of Brazilian, Ethiopian, Indonesian, and Honduras specialty-grade single origins, this blend delivers a rich, syrupy pour with a luscious crema, balanced acidity, and a long, silky-smooth caramel finish. Roasted with love and good vibes for over a decade, now from our warehouse in the heart of the Eyre Peninsula, this is the coffee that built Eyre Roasted—and it’s still the house favourite.
