A 4 inch scale Tasker "Little Giant" steam tractor, built up to a rolling chassis stage, along with a quantity of parts. Work to date comprises: Commercially built steel boiler by Enterprise Engineering with material and welder's documentation Smokebox assembly with chimney and perch bracket Rolling chassis including wheels, axles and hornplates Commercially machined gears Machined cylinder assembly Crankshaft, connecting rod and flywheel Part-built brass tender Machined water pump Loose parts including belly tank, steering chains, expansion link, stainless steel grate, material for rubber tyres and rear springs An attractive design, although rarely modelled - we've had one complete, running example in the last twenty years (there are some pictures and a video in the archive).
