Client must have previously spoken to trainer Corey Vereen before purchase to confirm the date, time and location of your workouts. Workout Description: 2 workout sessions per week for 45 - 60 minutes (depends on how quickly the client gets the drills done). (4 weeks total) Objective: The workout sessions will focus on position specific movements and techniques geared towards making plays.
