Oil Ground is an ideal primer for oil paint. Here at Trekell, we offer Gamblin Oil Ground on our Baltic birch wood, ACM and Hardboard Panels, giving you a variety of canvas options to choose from. Oil Ground is not as absorbent as gesso and will not suck the oil out of your paintings overtime.
