1 YEAR 400M TRAINING PROGRAMME You can access a full years 400M training plan. The year starts in September and will run through to June. You can see all the sessions my athletes d o in our training plans, and get a feel for the demands of training at an international level. All the sessions will have notes and video links to make it easy for you to follow along. If you enjoy the sessions then make sure you check out the other plans too! Once selected we will email you a link for the true coach app where your training will be uploaded in blocks across the year.
