More Information & Photos This kit has full arms and legs and comes unpainted and ready to reborn. 15 Month Charlie is about 31 inches long when completed, with a head circumference of approximately 19.25". Charlie has full arms and 3/4 legs. 15 Month Charlie comes with a limited edition certificate with the kit number (the edition size is 750). The body and armature are also included! 15 Month Charlie can wear either 18 month sized clothing or 12-18 month (the fit will vary, depending on the brand).
