ご利用前の注意事項・商品について 【当ショップ製品の素材・耐水性について】■サージカルステンレス316Lについて当ショップでは、一部商品にサージカルステンレス316Lを使用しております。 サージカルステンレス316Lは、ステンレスの中でも比較的腐食しにくく、医療用のメスやハサミなどにも使用されている素材です。 汗や水に強く、変色や劣化が起こりにくいことが特徴 で、日常的に身につけていただきやすい素材となっております。ただし、使用環境や使用状況によっては変色・劣化が生じる場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 また、サージカルステンレス316Lは一般的に金属アレルギーが起こりにくい素材とされていますが、すべての方にアレルギー反応が起こらないことを保証するものではございません。 《注意》※金属アレルギーの原因は人によって異なります。※ご使用中にかゆみ・赤み・腫れなどの異常が見られた場合は、直ちに使用を中止してください。※症状が続く場合は、医療機関へご相談ください。 【サイズについて】■ネックレス / ブレスレットの長さについてアジャスター付きの商品につきましては、以下のように「全長サイズ＋アジャスターサイズ」で表記しております。例：○cm（全長）＋○cm（アジャスター） 商品ご購入の際は、商品説明欄に記載されているサイズを必ずご確認ください。 ■リングサイズについてリングのサイズは「USサイズ」での表記となりますので、ご購入の際はご注意ください。例：US6号 → 日本サイズで約11〜12号相当 ※サイズ換算には個人差やリングのデザイン等による差がございますので、あくまで目安としてご確認ください。なお、サイズ表記のない商品につきましては、フリーサイズでのご案内となります。 【銀行振込でのお支払いについて】銀行振込でのお支払いをご選択された場合には、原則、購入日を含めた”3日以内”のお支払いをお願いいたします。 なお、お支払い後は速やかにSummery Coco公式LINEへ”お振込完了画面のスクリーンショットまたは、ご利用明細書のお写真とご購入者様のお名前フルネーム、注文番号の3点”をお送りくださいますようお願いいたします。 購入日より3日経過後、お客様からのご申告がない場合には、お支払いがお済みの場合でもキャンセル扱いとなりますので、ご注意ください。 【発送・納期について】通常商品の発送は、《決済完了後3営業日以内》を目安としております。 受注商品（カスタム商品）につきましては、作成にお時間をいただくため、購入日より”1ヶ月半前後”お時間をいただいております。 ご注文前に、必ず商品ページの納期及び商品説明をご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。 【お問い合わせについて】商品に関するお問い合わせは、お問い合わせよりご連絡くださいますようお願い申し上げます。 在庫の入荷情報につきましては、Summery Coco公式Instagramのストーリーズにて随時お知らせしております。なお、InstagramのDMでのお問い合わせは承っておりません。 ▽ Official Instagram@summerycoco_officialhttps://www.instagram.com/summerycoco_official 【商品についての注意事項】① 海外製品について当ショップの商品は海外製品を含むため、製造工程・生産元・生産ライン等の違いにより、細かな傷、作り、色味、サイズ感等に若干の個体差が生じる場合がございます。また、同一シリーズの商品であっても、製造時期等により細かな仕様やデザインが変更となる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承のうえ、ご注文くださいますようお願い申し上げます。 ② お客様都合による返品・交換について「イメージと違った」「サイズが合わない」など、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。また、生産元の仕様変更等により、チェーンなどの一部デザイン・仕様が予告なく変更となる場合がございます。商品ページの画像やサイズ表記等をよくご確認のうえ、ご注文ください。 ③ 不良品について商品に不良がございました場合は、商品到着後”3日以内”にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。商品到着後3日を過ぎてからのご連絡につきましては、原則として返品・交換をお受けいたしかねますので、商品到着後は速やかに商品の状態をご確認ください。※不良品の場合は、商品の状態が確認できる写真等をお問合せ時に併せてご送付お願いいたします。④ カスタム商品についてカスタム商品につきましては、ご注文時にお客様ご自身でご入力いただいたお名前・文字等をもとに商品を作成いたします。 ご注文確定前に、アルファベット・スペル・表記等に誤りがないか、必ずご確認ください。 商品作成後に「入力した表記と違った」「スペルを間違えた」などのお客様都合による作り直し・返品・交換はお受けいたしかねます。 また、カスタム商品の作成には、ご注文日より”1ヶ月半前後”のお時間を頂戴しております。ご了承いただいた上でご注文ください。 ⑤ ご注文確定後の変更・キャンセルについてご注文確定後のキャンセル、支払い方法の変更、チェーンの長さ・文字表記等の変更はお受けいたしかねます。ご注文内容を十分にご確認のうえ、ご注文くださいますようお願い申し上げます。 ⑥ 住所入力不備・長期不在等による返送についてお客様による住所入力の不備、長期不在、受取拒否等の理由により商品が返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。 また、お客様都合によるキャンセルはお受けいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 ⑦ お問い合わせへの返信についてお問い合わせへの返信は、”3営業日以内”を目安としております。お問い合わせ内容や営業時間等により、お返事までにお時間をいただく場合がございます。何卒ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。 以上の内容をご確認・ご了承のうえ、ご注文くださいますようお願い申し上げます。 _________________________________ 【Important Information About Our Products】 【Materials & Water Resistance】Surgical Stainless Steel 316LSome of our products are made with surgical stainless steel 316L.Surgical stainless steel 316L is highly resistant to corrosion and is also used for medical instruments such as scalpels and scissors. Defective Products If you receive a defective product, please contact us through our inquiry form within 3 days of delivery.We generally cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period. Photos of the defective product may be required. 4. Custom Products Custom products are made based on the name, letters, or other information entered by the customer.Please carefully check all spelling and details before placing your order. We cannot accept remakes, returns, or exchanges due to customer input errors.Custom products may take approximately 1.5 months to complete. 5. Changes & Cancellations After your order has been confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the payment method, chain length, wording, or other order details. 6. Returned Packages If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, long-term absence, refusal of delivery, or other reasons attributable to the customer, reshipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.We do not accept cancellations due to customer circumstances. 7. Inquiries Please allow up to 3 business days for a response to inquiries. 8. Taxes & Duties Any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
