The procedure is straightforward: mix the 5× concentration solution with lentivirus-containing supernatant at the specified ratio, incubate briefly, and then centrifuge using a standard centrifuge to obtain concentrated lentiviral particles. The recovery rate is over 90%, and the viral titer can be increased up to 100-fold.
