Château de Béru Athénaïs Bourgogne Blanc is a distinguished white wine from Burgundy, France, crafted by winemaker Athénaïs de Béru. This cuvée is produced from 100% Chardonnay gra pes, sourced from vineyards cultivated through organic and biodynamic practices. The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards in the Yonne department, particularly around the town of Saint-Bris, situated at altitudes between 210 and 250 meters. The vineyards are planted on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils, rich in marine fossils. Pale yellow with a crystalline clarity. Expressive aromas of citrus fruits, particularly lemon and grapefruit, intertwined with green apple and subtle floral notes.
