From Italy, what a super chic and modern fabric this is! .... an absolutely stunning raffia-look suiting that can go from day to evening. It's mostly cotton but there are malleable silver accordion metal strips ("yarns") woven through (I've isolated one to show you, in top photo below), for a very sophisticated, high fashion look. One selvedge has 1.25" fringe (you can see this fringe in the other colorway photo) that could be used as trim for hems and sleeves. It is quite malleable yet has a more firm drape (less firm if you cut your garment across the grain). The colors in this one are a golden-camel, the silver metallic and some off white (PANTONE 16-1334 is close).
