This is an automatic control box which is designed for 415V/50Hz three phase pumps. When the automatic control box is installed, the pump will turn on and off automatically according to the water levels of both the tank and the well. The box has a metal casing and comes with a lock, two keys, a voltage gauge, a current meter, and six water probes. It is compatible with most three-phase pumps on the market that require automatic on/off switching via water sensors. Of the six probes, three monitor the water level in the well (high, mid, and low), and the other three monitor the water level in the storage tank. You can bypass either monitoring system—or both—to use the unit as a manual control box when needed. When installed in automatic mode, the pump will turn on and off according to the water levels in both the tank and the well. This feature is especially important for wells with limited water supply, as the pump should only operate when submerged to ensure proper cooling and lubrication from the water flowing through it. When the control switch is set to “Manual,” the control box operates independently of the water sensors.
