Located mid-slope, in the centre of the appellation, this parcel enjoys southern exposure. Powerful and complex. A perfect balance between limestone and clay, over marl with oyster fossils. Long fermentation using indigenous yeasts, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic completed. Matured for 18 months in stainless steel tanks, with the least possible handling. Long cold stabilization.
