This is a beautiful quality cotton/rayon/lycra stretch twill woven with about 15% widthwise stretch, a cottony dress/bottom weight with a dry hand and a smooth surface texture. It' s medium-weight, opaque, with a wonderful buttery yet crisp cottony drape. The color is yale blue (PANTONE 19-4245 is close).
