Arak is a traditional anise-flavored spirit from Lebanon. Sometimes referred to as “themilk of lions” because it turns milky when mixed with water. It’s made from distilledgrapes a nd anise seed. Arak Farid is produced by husband and wife duo Fred Abi Khaliland Jess Kandalaft. Their Arak is triple distilled in a copper alembic pot still . The aniseedis handpicked from the southern hills of Heeneh, Syria and the grape wine base is madefrom Lebanese Merwah grapes originating in the vineyards of Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley. Show more
