Twenty-one years ago, two men got chatting at a mutual friend’s engagement party. That night, Two Hands was born. Until that point, most Australian wine was sold under regional lab els – Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz wanted to change that. Their idea was to make the best possible Shiraz-based wines from the most prized growing regions in Australia. It put all the focus on the fruit, highlighting the differences between the parcels.
