This is a beautiful embroidered silk crinkle chiffon (black) with a little flower embroidery in gold metallic thread with the texture of soft wire. The fabric has a bit of mechanic al give due to the crinkled texture, and the metallic embroidery provides some body to the drape (but it's still quite drapey, not stiff!).
