Introducing the Pinstripe X, a Japan-exclusive head that's a refined version of the classic Pinstripe model, perfect for rehearsal studios, live music venues, and clubs! ●Compared to regular pinstripe, a 0.5 mil thicker film is used to improve durability while preventing the sound from changing drastically. A slightly tinted hazy film is used to increase the "sense of attack" that would otherwise be masked by the thicker film. *Hazy film is characterized by its ability to produce a clearer attack than the transparent film normally used in pinstripe. ●The 14-inch and 16-inch models used for floor toms, etc., are equipped with a thin clear dot on the back, which controls the sound and improves ease of use. It suppresses overtones to a certain extent, making it easier to tune in a limited time.
