This gorgeous abstract design cotton lace from a NY designer combines a very open netting with areas of the design that look "over-knitted" to create the texture and pattern. It is soft and drapey, very sheer in the netting sections, and has some widthwise mechanical stretch. I've photographed it on a white background to show you the openness of the pattern. The pattern goes all the way out to the selvedges ending with a thin band at each selvedge. The color is white.
