From The Row (design line of Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen), this is an exquisite wool, with a very unusual texture and look! The warp fibers are thin, black, twisted yarns, while the weft is a charcoal gray boucle' yarn with a black center (PANTONE 18-0000 is the approximate overall color impression). The weave is open, so the fabric has a bit of loft but is still semi-sheer. It has a delicate yet rustic look, body in the drape, and a wooly texture. It also has a really pretty selvedge that could be used for edging and trim (shown in bottom photo)!
