Futaba Ooki from "Amanchu!", work by Kozue Amano whose anime is scheduled to air from July 2016. She has been turned into a figure based on the cover illustration of the 2nd manga volume.Her flowing hair, her hands holding the tank and regulator, the fins on her feet have all been sculpted with a delicate touch to make it look like she is diving into the water.
