From a NY designer this is a great-looking stretch lace with a webbed backing of elastic thread for a springy recovery. The base fabric has 10% widthwise, 25% lengthwise stretch, l ots of drape, and it's very lightweight and semi sheer. The print is a scrollwork design with a 15" repeat, in black and off white. Perfect for tops, tees, tunics, lacey leggings, etc. Some styles may need lining or layering (power mesh would be perfect!).
