Each pad is outlined with a blue LED, ensuring reliable performance even on dimly lit stages. This professional drum pad is perfect for beginners and advanced players alike. [Rich expandability] The rear panel of the SamplePad Pro features two trigger inputs for expansion, as well as one pedal input each for the kick drum and one for the hi-hat. One of the trigger inputs can also be used with dual-zone pads. The kick pedal input can be easily switched between trigger and trigger modes, while the hi-hat pedal input can be easily switched between switch and continuous mode. By combining these features, you can create a full-fledged electronic drum kit, going beyond simple drum pad setups. [Built-in sounds and original sounds] SamplePad Pro includes 200 high-quality drum and percussion sounds, carefully selected and edited by Alesis' professional sound design team, and 10 pre-configured drum kits. You can also add your own sounds via SD card (supported WAV file format). You can freely assign both built-in and custom sounds to each pad. Each pad also offers a wide range of parameters, including velocity layer, level, tune, pan, reverb, and mute group, allowing for detailed settings for expressive playing. [Further expandability] The SamplePad Pro also features a USB MIDI port, allowing you to connect it to your computer via USB cable and use it as a MIDI input device to control your music software or as an external sound source from sequencer software. It also features standard 5-pin MIDI input and output terminals, allowing you to connect to external MIDI devices and play external sound sources, or play SamplePad Pro sounds from an external sequencer.
