This is a wonderful printed stretch cotton twill (10% stretch in the width only) just in with a new shipment from French mills, excellent quality, with a soft-toned watercolor-ish floral design on a khaki ground (PANTONE 18-2525, 16-4109, 15-0732, 15-1234, etc....all musted by the base fabric color).
