It can be challenging to open the four sides of the security frame using just your hands. When mounted to the wall, use the flat pallet tool (included with the order) to open it by flipping up the four frame sides. You don't need the pallet tool to close it – the 48 x 96 snap security frame snaps shut by hand, providing a very tight, even, and wrinkle-free grip for your poster materials. If you have a thin printed sheet poster, you'll need a backing board and protective overlay, both included with the order, to keep the sheet flat. Place the print between the board and overlay, insert it into the snap-open frame, and snap it closed. Are Your Posters Mounted on Rigid Boards?If your 48x96 poster is mounted to a 1/16" thick rigid board, the backing board may not be needed. You can add the overlay.
