Remove the lens, place it on your palm, and wash both sides of the lens for about 20 seconds each with Optifree.STEP2: RinsePut a few drops of Optifree on both sides of the lens and rub gently with your fingers for 1 to 2 seconds. Then rinse both sides of the lens thoroughly (for at least 10 seconds) with Optifree.STEP3: Disinfection/preservationFill the lens case with Optifree, fully submerge the lens, and fully tighten the case lid.
