The conductor configuration is a 7/7/0.089 twisted rope with excellent flexibility, boasting a generous 0.3 square meter diameter. From delicate high frequencies to powerful low frequencies, the HPSC Series delivers smooth, faithful transmission of delicate headphone output. The shield also utilizes the precision conductor 102 SSC, featuring a highly flexible spiral shield. The pure silk filament is made of 100% pure silk filament, which has low capacitance and does not generate static electricity. When a signal flows through the cable, slight vibrations occur, which can cause corona discharge in electrostatically charged materials. To solve this problem, the silk filament is mounted. The cable exterior is also covered with a 100% pure silk jacket. This synergistic effect significantly reduces noise without sacrificing flexibility. Every meticulous and careful finish embodies the essence of Japanese craftsmanship. ●Sound-specific solder SS-47 The wiring is soldered using Oyaide Electric's original SS-47 solder, specifically for audio equipment. Standard solders typically have a tin purity of around 99.9% (3N) due to cost considerations. SS-47 further increases purity, eliminating impurities to the utmost, resulting in a high-purity tin of over 99.993% (4N). Silver and copper are also blended to improve conductivity and prevent solder erosion. While standard alloy solders typically contain 3-3.5% silver, SS-47 generously uses a whopping 4.7%. Furthermore, 1.7% copper, the metal with the second highest conductivity after silver, is blended. This blending ratio dramatically improves conductivity, successfully achieving a eutectic point of 217°C. Of course, these blending ratios were not determined solely on the basis of numerical data and workability. We believe that sound quality should be given top priority when labeling a solder as audio solder.
