The 4Carpers Heli Leader System – Base Version is a custom-built, ready-made helicopter leader designed as a safe and straightforward base solution for carp fishing. It is intended for situations where stable presentation, controlled hooklink movement and predictable self-hooking are essential. The system is built on a fast-sinking, lead-free spliceable leader that follows the lakebed closely and minimises unnecessary disturbance. The sliding heli setup allows the hooklink movement range to be adjusted to suit different bottom types and fishing conditions. In this Base Version configuration, the lead is not designed to eject, ensuring consistent rig behaviour and reliable self-hooking performance. At the same time, the rig follows a clear safety principle — in the event of a breakage, the hooklink can fully release from the leader, preventing the fish from being tethered to the entire setup.
