4head Stick is a topical headache relief stick designed to be applied directly to the forehead for fast, cooling relief without tablets. How to use Twist the base to raise the stick and wipe gently across the forehead, avoiding the eyes. Use as required, but avoid excessive use (too much can feel uncomfortably strong).
