As chocolate makers, we developed our own couverture—chocolate enhanced with additional cocoa butter for superior flow properties without compromising flavor. This allows us to craft delicate, crisp shells that form the perfect foundation for our truffles. These truffles are boxed set of 4. Sweet and tangy trade places as it melts, keeping each bite lively and fresh. ('E') COFFEE CARAMEL:Coffee caramel is deep and grounding, with roasted notes that pull you in before melting into warm sweetness. Made with coffee from Pilot Coffee Roasters, it's bold without being bitter and lingers just long enough to make you want another bite.
