WHAT IS A 5:2 JUICE PLAN A 5:2 juice plan is really simple. You have 5 juices per day for 2 days per week, this reduces calorie intake on these 2 days to approx 450 calories. This saves between 3000-4000 calories on a standard week. DO I NEED TO HAVE THE JUICING DAYS BACK TO BACK The simple answer, no. Either consume the juice on consecutive days or keep a day frozen for another day in the week. 5:2 can be a really flexible way of controlling calorie intake across the week. Our packages are cold-pressed, RAW and have not been HPP'd - this reduces the amount of processing that takes place which reduces carbon emissions and also increases the amount of nutrients in each juice. Our juices will last just 3 days in refrigerator, that's why your package will arrive frozen (or partially frozen) if carrying out a 3 day or less than simply place them into the fridge and consume immediately, if doing a 5 day or more then store in a freezer and remove 12 hours prior to defrost. Freezing our juices locks in nutrients instantly and has been shown to have increased nutrient levels in comparison to HPP.
