Designed to be played in "terz" tuning: G-C-F-A#-D-G, up a minor third. When in this tuning, the recommended string gauge is .011-.052. May also be played in E standard tuning, in which case medium gauge strings (.013-.056) are ideal. Regular light gauge (.012-.053) would also work fine.
