Monday — Coffee Bean & Roast Tuesday — Espresso & Brew Methods Wednesday — Safe, Clean & Professional Thursday — Into Service Friday — Full Shift & Assessment Monday to Wednesday is hands-on training; Thursday and Friday are real café shifts, working alongside our team and live customers.
