The backing pad attaches to an angle grinder. This makes it very simple to change the sandpaper. These discs are made with the highest quality non-woven, open nylon webbing, filled with premium abrasive grains (Equivalent to 3M™ Scotch-Brite™). The strong backing uses a Type R fastening system (Equivalent to 3M™ Roloc™ fastening system) for quick and easy attachment and removal. These discs are perfect for cleaning, finishing, and deburring contoured or irregular surfaces. Works well on stainless steel, standard or alloyed steel, non-ferrous materials and alloys, plastic, fiberglass.
