Owners or managers who need someone to take a fresh look at their business to identify and iron out any subtle flaws to improve the overall business efficiency and/or service offering. Anyone who has a particular problem and needs some customised advice. Anyone who wants to learn more about the industry and use our resources to improve their performance and career path. What is Included: If you need some quick advice and a fresh perspective with a business problem, opt for this 5 Hour Mentoring Package, which includes: A 15 minute discovery call to discuss the problem and confirm the mentoring will help you, or email communication if the time difference is not mutually convenient. A documented action plan to outline recommended activities and/or topics to focus on. 5 Hours of Julie's time, which may be a combination of video/audio calls and off-line activities. Depending on the project type, a report outlining the advice given, actions taken and/or next steps may be delivered. Terms and Conditions: The Mentoring Package must be purchased before any work begins. The Mentoring hours are valid from one year of purchase. A refund will be provided if it is agreed during the Discovery Call the Mentoring Package is not suitable for the client's topic. The Mentoring may be held up, paused or cancelled without refund if the client does not provide necessary information or required work by the agreed date(s). Any deliverables will be sent in electronic format via email. The details of the project will be kept in commercial confidence by both parties unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing. The Mentoring recommendations, outcomes and any related deliverables will be customised for the purposes of assisting the client and may not be shared, distributed or sold to third parties. Additional Mentoring Packages may be purchased if more time is required. Note, no publications are included. They may be purchased separately. Discount codes are not applicable to the Mentoring Packages. We will schedule the Discovery Call and Mentoring Times once you have made the purchase.
