They stand behind their products with a limited warranty of 20 years for residential use and 5 years for commercial use from the date of purchase under normal conditions and with proper care. The furniture shall be free from material defects and shall not splinter, chip, peel, rot or suffer structural damage from insect infestation. This warranty does not applyto normal wear and tear of the product and does not cover fading, scratching, and staining. BUILD TIME The build time for this item is currently estimated between 7-14 business days from the time the order is placed until it is shipped. (Note: Lead times may vary and could be more or less than the estimated build time above depending on material supplies and current workload of the wood shop.) SHIPPING & DELIVERY This item will be delivered by either UPS or FedEx freight and does require some assembly once delivered. Also, please note that the White Glove Inside Delivery option at checkout does not apply to Poly Outdoor furniture.
