Quarter-plate daguerreotype of a man in semi-profile, with info inside of the case saying it was taken by Hoyt at Sing Sing,,,,, Possibly a prison warden? Munson J. Lockwood was th e warden from 1850-1855. Dag is in a full case with separated covers. Several copper corruptions and a tarnish ring.. No longer sealed but the original seals are inside of the case.
