This is a beautiful quality viscose/lycra stretch woven made in France, lightweight with about 10% widthwise stretch, a very smooth finish and a soft drape. The print is a beautifu l ikat-woodcut graphic in tones of french blue, mint and white (PANTONE 18-3930, 14-5714).
