From a NY designer, this is a wonderful yarn-dyed doubleknit with a black and tan (PANTONE 15-1216-ish) oversized criss cross design (13" repeat). The reverse has a tweedy look and can serve as contrast. This wonderful and well-priced fabric is medium weight and opaque with lovely drape that has some body to it.
