Jon Stockman, a brilliant composer, producer and bassist, creates some of the most stunning bass tones in the world. About a year and a half ago, Jon Stockman visited Darkglass' headquarters in Helsinki. After countless tweaks and dozens of prototypes, we're finally releasing Darkglass' first co-designed product: the ALPHA OMEGA. This product is very different from the preamps and overdrives that Darkglass has already released, as it is completely based on an op-amp and allows you to select or blend two completely different distortion circuits (ALPHA and OMEGA) with the MOD knob.
