Its butyl rubber formula is designed to provide greater flexibility over time than common bitumen sealant's to resist cracking and splitting. Thompson's Roof & Gutter Sealant can be applied to damp or dry surfaces and is suitable for use on metal, plastic, wooden and painted guttering /down pipes. It can also be used on roofing felt, tiles and slates as well as between brickwork and flashing.
