Control-A-Ball UNSTABLE Training Ball from Gilbert part of the Catch/Pass system designed by former players to increase player awareness and skill level. The UNSTABLE ball requires you to add water to the inner bladder to make the ball unstable. You can do this with a small hand pump (not included). Each Control-A-Ball behaves slightly differentl but looks the same so the player does not know what ball is being passed to them until they receive it. The balls which are sold individually are: match, light, heavy, grip-less and unstable. Using these different balls at different times before using a standard ball challenges the player and advances their responsiveness in a match situation.
