From a CA designer, and made in Italy, this soft and lovely wool/cotton stripey knit is tightly knit with a sweatery hand and lovely drape with body. It is a medium-light weight an d opaque, with about 50% widthwise stretch and just a bit in the length. The yarn-dyed stripey pattern (6.5" repeat) only appears on the face, while the back is more of a slightly tweedy mix of the two colors: midnight blue and light gray (PANTONE 14-4002 but a bit darker, and 19-4019). It's a wonderful, versatile and cozy sweater knit perfect for any number of cardigans, sweater jackets, tunics, drawstring pants, hoodies, skirts, sweater dresses, etc. A single layer pattern layout is recommended for accuracy.
