100% Pinot Noir, sourced from two distinct parcels: formerly grouped under the name “Orveaux des Bussières.” one planted in the early 1900s on marl and clay soils, and another with a higher proportion of pebbles and exposed rock. The vineyard area totals 0.65 hectares, and the vines are cultivated biodynamically. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, with a preference for gentle extraction methods; the fruit was fully destemmed. Ageing took place in French oak barrels for approximately 12–14 months, with a restrained use of new oak. Tasting Note: Aromas reveal red berries and subtle pepper. The palate is balanced, with fresh acidity and a saline touch on the finish.
